Everything is within walking distance however there is a bus link directly outside on Gilmore Place which takes you Princes Street via Lothian Road. The house is also a 10-minute walk from Fountain Park Complex where you can find a Cinema, Bowling Alley, Nuffield Health, a trampoline park and several restaurants and bars. A 15 minute walk to Princes Street where you will find various shops, cafes, restaurants and city tourist attractions. A 10 minute walk to the EICC, the Usher Hall/ Festival Square and the Grassmarket. Everything is within walking distance however Edinburgh Lothian Buses provide one of the best and easily accessible bus services. You can simply hop on and off and get where you need to be within minutes. There is a stop directly outside of the House on Gilmore Place with regular buses all day every day. Taxis are also available, and there is a tram service from Princes Street.
