My place is situated next to the River Ness and is a 30 second walk to the award winning Waterfront Bar/Restaurant with live music and from the local supermarket. It is also a 5 minute beautiful walk along the River Ness into the city centre. It has a beautiful back garden where you can enjoy a BBQ whilst seated at the garden furniture. The cottage comes with a 55inch 4K Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, all Sport, series, movie channels, wood burner and fast Wi-Fi. It is close to the City Centre, all River based restaurants and a short walk to the beautiful views of the Marina and Highlands from the Canal.

I love road, MTB and gravel cycling around this beautiful part of the world. I'm also a keen golfer and love driving round all the sites. I also offer Day tours & golf transit available on request with Ebike & road bike hire available, with guides full support. Ideal for golfers & cyclists with 3 cottages next to each other. E-bike mountain bike hire available with 625 watt batteries giving 50 miles on road. These are excellent for epic trail routes with fully qualified trail leader and coach.
