Serviced Living Liverpool are a serviced accommodation provider operating across the Liverpool area. We are a family-run business consisting of three brothers, born, raised and residing in Liverpool. We have been operating in the hospitality industry for over 5 years and have built up a large portfolio of serviced accommodation properties. We are passionate about providing high-quality accommodation, combined with exceptional customer service, across our fabulous city. Our portfolio currently consists of over 50 properties, made up of a combination of studio, one and two bedroom apartments and 3 bedroom houses. The properties are based in 13 locations, including Bold Street, Moorfields, Tobacco Wharf, The Docklands, several in The Baltic Triangle Area and we also have a several on the outskirts of the city centre. We specialise in working with large contractors and local businesses, providing affordable accommodation for their employees and business partners when they are visiting or working in the local area.

Rock Lane House is located in the Rock Ferry area of Birkenhead. It is centrally located for access links to Liverpool, Chester and North-Wales. The Rock Park is within walking distance for those that enjoy some daily fresh air and there are numerous cafes, bars and restaurants within the area. Rock Ferry tran station is only a 11 min walk where trains operate on a regular basis to Liverpool, Chester and Ellesmere Port. There is ample street parking and Rock Ferry Train Station is an 11 minute walk.
