Arnside and Silverdale are stunning and you can walk along the beach from Arnside to Silverdale on a circular walk that comes back through the woods. The potential for woodland walks is huge. Just head towards Arnside Knott and get lost in the multiple trails that the massive woodland offers. The area is also perfect for woodland and coastal foraging. Games on the beach, treading for flatties, outstanding fish and chips, rock climbing, biking, runs and walks - we can even provide yoga and meditation classes for your stay. Please contact me for inspiration on the hidden treasures of the area. There is a great coastal train ride from Arsnside to Ravenglass and then you can get the little steam train into Eskdale. Its a sublime area to explore. Hot tub and garden, gym, table tennis and tranquility lounge close to the beach for the perfect connection and get away. Only 15 minutes from The Lake District and views across the bay of the mountains of the Lake District. Also great access to The Yorkshire Dales and Morecambe bay.

Arnside and Silverdale are areas of outstanding natural beauty. The coast, the hills and the woods are a treasure chest to explore. You can walk to Silverdale from the house along the coast and back through the woods. The woods and beach are amazing for children to play but there is also a beautiful large playing field close to the house. You are very close to the Lake District and the house is great access to the Yorkshire Dales and the Trough of Bowland and the city of Lancaster. Try the local company easeride to have electric bikes deliver to your front door. There is a direct train from Arnside to the Western Lake District all around the coast. Discover Grange, and Cartmel up to Eskdale for a superb day out. Arnside is a step back from the central Lake District and parking is not an issue. You don’t get the same congestion as Windermere etc. Such a chilled place to be!
