We offer continental breakfasts which you can prepare yourself and eat in the fully equipped guest kitchen. There is a well equipped modern kitchen available for all guests to use from 8am until 9.30pm. It has a microwave, electric cooker with hob + oven, cupboards, pots and pans, crockery cutlery, sink, dining table & chairs. Also a washing machine in the kitchen with a small charge for each wash plus detergent/clothes stand/ironing board and iron. We have Baby Cots for t hree P o un d s p er night . A shower stool is also available at no extra c ha rge as well as a baby high chair. The proprietors live at the hotel and endeavour to make guests feel at home too. Paul is often available from morning until evening should you require anything during your stay. Guests are welcome to come in and go out whenever they like using their front door key. All we ask is that guests be as quiet as possible after 10pm & early in the morning in consideration of both their fellow guests and the owners when they are sleeping. We've modernised the hotel - new wiring, plumbing, central heating, a security system including cameras to protect the front & rear of the property, a fire alarm system, all new carpets & furniture including new beds with memory foam mattresses. The hotel is 1.6 miles from North Pier, 1.7 from Blackpool Winter Gardens Theatre, 1.7 miles from Blackpool Tower. There's free WiFi throughout the Hotel. All bedrooms are on the first & second floors, and as we don't have a lift, all guests will have to climb the stairs. Guests at the accommodation will be able to enjoy activities in and around Blackpool, like hiking, cycling & fishing. Coral Island/Winter Gardens are 2 miles

We'd appreciate if our guests would park at least 50 metres from our door in consideration of our neighbours to enable them to park near their homes. There's lots of free parking spaces along Shaftesbury Avenue as you drive further away from the beachfront promenade end. There's a casino, a Ma Kelly's Show Boat Pub, 2 local pubs, North Shore Golf Club and a mixture of local shops, takeaways, restaurants and cafes who between them have everything you may need. It's just a 25 minute walk into Blackpool town centre or enjoy the fresh air on the sea front and beach - a 2 minute walk away, the tram and bus stops are also 2 minutes from our front door so its easy to explore the area.
