A beautiful flat within a Victorian house situated just a minutes walk from the beach in the small village of Sandgate. The long stretch of beach is beautiful and with a promenade the whole way you can enjoy a walk with the sea next to you and a view of France on a clear day. Entire ground floor flat with double bedroom, en suite, living room and small dining area with kitchenette. TV and free WiFi. Private courtyard area. There is also a double sofa bed set up for additional guests if required. Please note the kitchen set up is a kettle, fridge, toaster, microwave and all you will need to make your morning cuppa and any snacks but when you’re on holiday we believe you should leave all the stresses of life behind – this includes cooking a full meal. With Sandgate boasting so many food options from fish & chips on the beach to pub grub to restaurants then you just won’t even miss having a full kitchen! Rear access to the entire ground floor flat so the whole downstairs area and courtyard is yours for your stay! On street parking available if number plate provided. Sandgate parking is for permit holders only but if requested then I will provide a guest permit pass.

Sandgate has a mix of pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, boutique & antique shops, all within 2-3 minutes walk from the flat. The guide provided will give you an idea of the best places to visit and eat on your stay, but it won’t take you too long to explore all Sandgate has to offer on your doorstep. Folkestone is a short drive away with a larger town centre and its vibrant harbour and harbour arm. You’re shore to have an enjoyable and relaxing time here! Very friendly and very safe
