Located on the bustling Grassmarket and Edinburgh Castle on your doorstep - location could not be anymore perfect! Treat yourself to our quiet, cosy and fully equipped studio apartment! An open plan space including 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living area and kitchen. Beautifully designed with everything you need for the perfect city getaway. You are welcomed into our studio where there is a double bed with bed side tables and plenty of storage space. There is also a seating and dining area for 2, a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and an additional storage cupboard with cleaning equipment if required. Hotel quality towels and linen provided, along with a complimentary bundle of toiletries. Please be aware that there are lots of stairs to access the apartment - there is NO lift available unfortunately.

This is where you can enjoy a drink in a Ski Cable Car on The Cold Town House Rooftop Terrace, or grab some local goods at Saturdays Farmers Market (10am-4pm). The apartment is located a 3 minute walk from Edinburgh Castle and The Royal Mile. A 10 minute walk to Princes Street, and 15 minutes to Edinburgh's New Town.
