Situated on the outskirts of the bustling city of Southampton, Freemantle Solent Lodge has been tastefully decorated providing a contemporary yet warming ambiance. The property has a unique personality and convenient amenities. Ultra fast broadband, which is 12 times faster than standard broadband, with a download speed of 145Mbps. All rooms feature brand new 4K Smart TV's with Netflix and other applications available. Guests can feels safe in the knowledge that CCTV can be found in all common areas. Please note that there is Free Street parking from 4pm - 10 am : unrestricted on Sunday's. Atherley Road close by has no parking restrictions. Location is a key feature just minutes from the City Centre, Motorway, Train Station, Ferry Terminals and Coach station.The West Quay shopping centre with its many restaurants, bars and Cinema is around 5 minutes by car. A short 10 minutes drive and you are in the Beautiful New Forest with its many cosy country pubs like the New Forest Inn in Ashurst. Southampton General Hospital is less than 2.5 miles away, with great bus links. No meals are provided however kitchen facilities are available to guests to do light cooking if required. Many great places to eat are just a few minutes away including a great local Cocktail bar Rio's. A Complimentary glass of wine is available for all staying guests at a selection of great local restaurants - Sanjha Indian - Puccinis Italian, prior reservation required. Please note that damage deposit of £60 collected by Credit card 7 days before arrival. We return your damage deposit by Credit card to guests 7 days after check-out.

Please be advised that a damage deposit of £60 will be collected seven days before your scheduled arrival. We will refund this damage deposit to guests seven days after check-out. Rooms are equipped with one double bed, no extra beds or cribs are provided. It is essential to note that children over the age of five should book a seperate room with one adult.
Late check-in may be accommodated with prior arrangement with the property. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.
All check-in instructions will be sent via the Booking.com system before your arrival. Free street parking is available from 4 pm to 10 am, with no restrictions on Sundays. Other free 24 hour free parking is avialable and the details are in the check in instructions.
Immediately after booking, please locate the email titled 'CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS.' You will need this information to check in, and it may be helpful to print it off. This email is typically sent three days before your arrival or at the time of booking if it is within three days. It provides essential details for a straightforward location and parking.
