From November I am opening my masterclasses for guests staying in this beautiful apartment on the edge of the Malvern Hills with stunning views of Malvern. I will share my experience of how to feed a family and how to celebrate Chinese New Year this winter by teaching you how to cook and enjoy a traditional Chinese meal at home. Most Chinese dishes are adapted from family recipes and they can be replicated in your home with most ingredients easily sourced from the supermarket or your garden. And on top of that, as a bonus, we will enjoy some premium Chinese leaf tea which I have saved for the occasion. The classes will last 3-4 hours (including a proper meal and Chinese tea ceremony), with timing flexible to suit your availability and other plans.
