This lovely spacious room comes with a double bed, table, desk, chair, triple wardrobe, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, microwave fridge/freezer toaster, kettle, tea, coffee sugar, sink, plates, mugs,glasses, cutlery, private shower & toilet in room, towels, hand wash, Cleaning materials & toilet paper provided. Please bring own toiletries e.g shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste etc... There is additional lighting under wall cupboards near microwave. Press them and they will come on. The shower room light is outside on the right of the wall. Please do not pull the string in the shower room. Security: The building has a phone security system. Visitors ring the flat number they wish to visit from the front door outside. The phone ( inside room, left side of wall as you walk in ) rings and you can press the button to unlock the main door and let visitors in. Free parking: At the back of the building (24 hours). Flat 7 is on the second floor, located a few minutes walk from Nottingham town center. The tram stop is about 3-4 minutes from the flat and buses run to from outside the building. If you like to walk, there is a park a few minutes away. Trams: When you leave the building, walk up the street to your left. There will be a set of small traffic lights at the top of the street. Turn left. Carry on walking straight, you will see the tram stop and park. Buses: Buses run into Nottingham town centre from outside the building. Amenities: Grocery stores, supermarkets, Asda, Aldi, petrol station, restaurants, takeaways, coffee shops, desert place, pharmacies, dentist, hairdressers, salon, post office, leisure facilities, and more.
