This spacious Victorian terrace house is perfect for group trips. It is a unique place which has a style of its own with character features and modern decor. Attention to detail has been paid to all the fittings to make your stay as comfortable and homely as possible. Situated with fantastic access to both the city and outdoor spaces. The house is only 5 minutes walk from the riverside parks, 15 minutes walk from Nottingham Train Station, and 20 walk minutes from the city centre.

The neighbourhood is a quiet residential area located right by Victoria Embankment, a peaceful riverside park. You'll find lots of shops, bars, restaurants and a busy nightlife within easy reach. There are several bus and tram stops near the house, so getting around the city is super easy. Trent Bridge is within walking distance, as is both of Nottingham's Football grounds. Nottingham City Centre is just over a mile away, and a lovely walk in on a nice sunny day. Please remember that the property is situated in a residential neighbourhood, refrain from playing loud music at all times to be considerate of neighbours. There is free street parking available. There is also a host of travel options nearby making the location fantastic for getting around or travelling out of the city: - There are several bus stops within 5 minutes walk. - The tram stops are less than 10 minutes walk. - Nottingham Train Station is 15 minutes walk.
