Welcome to our stylish 3 bedroom period home located close to Cheltenham Central. Whether you a looking for short Cotswold family break, corporate or business stay or just a well needed get-together with friends this home is the perfect choice for you. Property Description: On the ground floor a hallway leads to the main family bathroom (no shower) and then through to a beautiful open plan, fully equipped kitchen / lounge / diner with period features, dining table for up to 6 guests, comfy sofa and wall mounted, flat screen TV. At the rear of the house via the kitchen and still on the ground floor is the main Master Bedroom which has its own private shower room and can comfortably accommodate 2 guests. Upstairs, the first floor has two more double bedrooms that can sleep a further 4 guests along with a separate nursery bedroom with cot and changing station for families with babies or toddlers. The well equipped kitchen has a modern fridge freezer with ice maker, feature RangeMaster style cooker and gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and a kettle, toaster and microwave. Parking at Duke Street is restricted to residents parking only. If required, we can arrange guest parking permits (additional charge applies).

Cheltenham is a Regency Spa Town and is often called the Centre of The Cotswolds for being nestled in the valley of the surrounding Cotswold Hills. It is the perfect location for exploring surrounding Cotswolds including its famous hills and postcard perfect villages. Duke Street is located in Fairview, which is 9 min walk away from the Town Centre. The Promenade, the heart of Regency Cheltenham is a 16 min walk away. The nearest park is Sandford Park which is a 13 min walk away which also has Cheltenham's famous outdoor swimming pool: Sandford Parks Lido and that is also 13 min walk too.
