This cottage has two bedrooms including a double with a TV and a twin, along with a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living/dining room. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and an EV charger, and three garden spaces with patios, furniture, a LayZ spa, and a barbecue. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wash/dyer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a hairdryer, and for entertainment there is a 40" TV, WiFi, DVD player, Sound system (Echo-dot) and a selection of books, games and DVDs. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available, and Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Two well-behaved pets welcome, however smoking is not allowed. Find a shop in 1.3 miles and a pub in 1.5 miles. Note: For a small extra charge a lockable garage can be made available for a vintage or classic car. Note: A printer, monitor, keyboard and mouse are available. Sunny Corner is a superb choice for a break to Cornwall.

Sticker is a peaceful Cornish village with a shop/post office and award-winning pub, about 3 miles from St. Austell Bay and a short drive from The Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Tall Ships Harbour at Charlestown, and The Eden Project. Mevagissey, with its ferry to Fowey, is six miles away, and the Roseland Peninsula with St. Mawes and St. Just-in-Roseland is not far.
