The living areas in this home consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and three Smart TVs. There are two double bedrooms, both with Smart TVs, one with en-suite shower room and one with en-suite bathroom, along with a twin bedroom with en-suite shower, serviced by a cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed patio with seating and barbecue, along with ample off-road parking. Within 2.6 miles, you will find a shop and pub. Please note, this property welcomes one well-behaved dog, but is non-smoking. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Located in Surrey, within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this settlement was founded in the 19th century, and is best known as the setting of Dormans Park.
