We require full electrical, gas and other safety certificates to be updated annually by the owners. The Bardwell is a two bedroom apartment situated in a substantial semi-detached Victorian house stylishly converted into apartments. There are two flights of stairs that lead up to the entrance to the apartment (there is a lift available if required.) The open plan living-dining room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, Smart TV and a dining table with seating for up to two guests. The living room has large windows allowing for lots of natural light as well as wonderful views over the tree-lined Bardwell Road. The fitted and fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need for a short or long stay in Oxford, with an electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave and chinaware and utensils. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed and bedside table. The second bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside table - offering plenty of space for your belongings. The family bathroom has a large bath with an overhead shower, WC and wash basin. The apartment benefits from a large communal garden and the home has an unallocated off street parking space for one vehicle, which is on a first come first served basis. The Bardwell is located a short walk from Oxford city centre and adjacent to the prestigious Dragon School. The River Cherwell is a short walk away, as are shops and restaurants in Summertown. University parks are just around the corner, one of the most charming open spaces in Oxford.
