Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. For entertainment there is a TV, WiFi, and a selection of books. Outside, there is allocated parking for one car and an enclosed garden. One well-behaved is dog welcome, with more accepted on request.
