Wether you are passing through and staying for work or wanting to relax in your own company, with your partner or with your family in our cosy, wheelchair accessible guesthouse. We have the rolling countryside right on our doorstep. There are so many places to explore by foot, by bike, or if you would like too, we do offer an off road mobility scooter to use, for those places you want to go but a wheelchair just can’t. We think everyone should be able to enjoy the great outdoors. Here in our guesthouse you will hopefully have everything you need for a great stay. It is a spacious and open plan area so as to accommodate those in wheelchairs as well as able bodied people. There is a full kitchen with all the amenities listed in the description. There is a comfortable double bed all made up for your arrival. A workspace which is also used as the dining table, with 2 chairs, or if you prefer to sit on the sofa and eat/work, there are 2 lap trays. There is a fully accessible wet room with a shower, toilet, sink for all guests to use.

Hi. I’m kirsty and my partners name is steve, and together we hope that we can make your stay as stress free as can be and provide you with all you may need. We have 2 friendly dogs, max (collie) and Misty (Labrador X) Steve is a wheelchair user and we have struggled in the past to find accommodation that caters for his needs, which is why we wanted something that is open plan, so it not only caters for disabled people but also able bodied people. We love our village and never get bored of exploring! We hope you would like to come and explore it too! We look forward to meeting you!

We live in a quite, safe village and neighbourhood. We are a small village in the countryside, and have many walking and cycling routes for you to enjoy. There is a takeaway in the village around 5-10 minutes walk away and a few pubs in barrow the next village along, also pubs a plenty in Barton. There is the local Co-operative around 5-10 minutes walk away, staff are helpful, it is disabled friendly. We have 2 hairdressing salons in the village, penny lane and scissor box. The scissor box also does manicures, pedicures, waxing, beauty treatments in a private treatment room. There are multiple dog groomers. The humber river bank is just on the outskirts of the village, with path ways up and onto the banks. We have the old RAF goxhill airfield just a short walk from the property, this was also known as the USAAF station 345 and nicknamed RAF goat hill. This lovely place provides some peaceful walks and you can also see the memorial. Parking is free and plenty at our property, on and off road. There is the train station 5 minutes walk away, which is wheelchair friendly, dog friendly and also bike friendly, which takes you to Barton (10 minutes) and cleethorpes (15 minutes) as well as everywhere in between. The price is very reasonable. There is also the villager bus which runs every hour, and that picks you up outside the property and can take you as far as Barton. This is also accessible. In Barton there are lots of shops, a large Tesco, a Lidl and 2 petrol stations. Humberside airport is around a 30 minute drive away. Princes quay shopping centre in hull is a short drive away, as well as Kingston retail park just across the road. The bonus arena is in the same area for any events/concerts you may wish to enjoy.
