The Cart Linhay is a neat single storey cottage on a 130 acre working sheep farm two miles from the historic Devon town of Bideford. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a double and a twin, with a family bathroom. On the same level is a sitting room with a dining area and a kitchen. Outside, shared with three other cottages, is an outdoor pool for seasonal use with a paddling pool, a sunbathing terrace, an orchard and a picnic area. The cottage has its own enclosed garden with lawn and furniture. Two miles from the town amenities, The Cart Linhay is a special cottage for a memorable Devon break. Note: Outdoor heated swimming pool, shared with other properties on-site, (15' x 30' x 4' to 5' deep) with paddling pool (10' x 9' x 1'6" deep), available from the Friday immediately preceding the last bank holiday in May to the first Friday in September, 10am-evening. Straddling the Torridge estuary, the quaint bustling town of Bideford boasts a medieval bridge, town quay, quaint pannier market and vibrant shopping area - all well worth a visit.
