Room is overall great! Clean room, clean sheets, amenities, clean towels, good bed with power sockets very close and even an European power outlet! That was amazing and very thoughtful! Bathroom was clean and functional Free coffee in the hallway! And if you think green you will get rewarded by the duty manager :)

we stayed for 1 night - arrived about 2 hrs early for check in - there were rooms ready but would cost us 20 pounds to access early ??!! can’t be let to anyone else in that time and the room was ready - the charge seemed a little unnecessary. We had a snug room - it was snug and quirky but fine for 1 night - bathroom door can be a little hard to slide. location - really good breakfast included and food was good but dining area way too small for the number of guests - many had to wait a long time for a table

Everything was great! The hotel is located close to the tube and train station and tower bridge. Checkin and checkout is very easy and fast. Room was super cosy and clean. Restaurant was also great, great staff. Plus if you want just to drink coffee or tea, you can use coffee machines located in every floor. I loved the sustainable approach of the hotel too. :)
