After 20 years of running B&B and self-catering, I'm a good judge of who will be nice to my face and then write a petty nitpicking review. So...expect a dump. Expect a hovel, a dirty grotty seedy hole. Expect a rubbish breakfast and bad service. Expect the worst place you've ever stayed in. When you book one of my Bed & Breakfast rooms you're booking a chalet-type room with en-suite, no hot tub. The Deluxe room is just a B&B room, so don't start throwing a paddy mood and spitting your dummy out because you can't work this site and you didn't click on the room type you've booked to see what you're getting, and don't be mean to me acting like it's my fault. If you want a cabin with a hot tub, then book one, but don't expect one if you book a Deluxe room. If you're looking to book here, then it's because you want to be in the area. Don't then mark the area down, you chose to be here, so why mark it down? The area is beautiful, it's a stone's throw from the beach in Gardenstown, which also has a fantastic pub and little cafe. Only book this area if you are looking for a remote, peaceful, quiet area. It's not Aberdeen, there's no nightlife, just wildlife. IF YOU'RE BRINGING A DOG, PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A CROFT AND I HAVE FREE RANGE ANIMALS. THANK YOU!

Quiet dump. Absolutely a rubbish area. Just fields and trees and a local beach. Expect a dump so you can leave a low score on area like everyone who books here. You pick to come to this area then mark down the area. Don’t book if you do t want this area. I wouldn’t book to stay in Manchester if I wanted London. Pick an area you want and stop leaving low scores for this area. Don’t come, I don’t want your moans about how quiet it is. It’s the countryside, of course it’s quiet and rural.
