CCTV cameras must not be touched or moved. 2. Parties are not permitted under any circumstances. 3. It is against the law to smoke or vape anywhere in this accommodation. 4. Illegal substances must not be brought into the property or used. 5. Barbeques and candles are not permitted anywhere on site. 6. Only guests who have booked and paid to stay in the accommodation may enter the property. 7. Noise levels must remain low to respect the neighbouring homes. From 10pm and 8am are hours of night rest and neighbours MUST NOT be disturbed. 8. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. 9. Intentional damage must not be caused to the property in any way and accidental damage must be reported immediately. 10. Please leave the accommodation as you find it. 11. Guests must check out no later than 11am (unless a late check-out has been arranged) to avoid delaying our housekeeping team.
