The Hay Barn is a superb barn conversion resting on a working farm in Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne and Wear. Hosting three bedrooms; a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room and two doubles, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove, a utility and a snug. Outside there is a front garden area with seating and off-road parking for two cars. The Hay Barn is a stunning, contemporary take on a classic farm building in the rural surroundings of Tyne and Wear.

Hetton-le-Hole is a lovely town resting in the county of Tyne and Wear, surrounded by countryside and just under five miles from the coast. The town is home to pubs, several local shops and a few cafés, making it a great base for a country break. Discover the Springboard Adventure Hetton Lyons Country Park which is perfect for local strolls, as well as Hetton le Hill Golf Club being a great course for those who want to practice their swing, or the lavish Ramside Hall Hotel and Spa for a day of indulgence.
