I liked the fact that the host was really caring about giving us a good experience. When we arrived there was no gas at the property we sent someone to try to help us out but unfortunately she couldn't. Tham he came himself to try to fix the issue but again he wasn't able to. Next day he call to apologise and he brought us portable hitters and gave us a late check out on the next day. Next time I in Manchester I definitely going to book the same place.
