The heart of the house is the open plan living area, with a modern kitchen/dining room and open plan lounge with smart TV. Large patio doors open onto a single level patio and a ramp leads you down to the large enclosed garden. One downstairs bedroom features a profiling bed and ceiling hoist which travels through to the en-suite wet room. The wet room itself is a large, well-equipment bathroom with high/low sink, mobile shower trolley and tilting shower chair. A mobile hoist is also available for use if required. Downstairs you’ll also find a double bedroom with separate bathroom, as well as a snug which is perfect for taking some time out. The snug can be set up as a sofa bed to add an additional bedroom if required. Upstairs you’ll find a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is off-road parking available for one large WAV and one car. There are two doors to access the house - one at the front via a ramp, or wide door down the side of the house suitable for wheelchairs.
