The Studio is a lovely first floor apartment situated in the peaceful village of Roughton just five minutes from the seaside town of Cromer. There is a separate twin room opposite the main Studio area with it's own en-suite . Perfect for the kids so the adults can enjoy their own space. That's if you don't want to be outside with a BBQ and a glass of wine in the private garden area reserved for the property. 2 Night stays available upon request.
Based in Roughton just south of Cromer in North Norfolk. I have been a property developer for the last fifteen years and have a great interest in property and architecture. My wife Sarah and I have holiday let the Studio for the last two years. With five children I have a passion for gardening and am delighted to have opened our two acre garden for the National Garden Scheme in June 2021. You will have a contact number for use during your stay. We provide a Safe Pack of individually wrapped sealed hot drinks products and health and hygiene products.
Within the village of Roughton are lovely country walks ,pub, fish and chip shop ,garage and shop. We are ten minutes from the sea, Felbrigg Hall National Trust and twenty minutes from the Georgian town of Holt. We have parking at The Studio and we are a five minute walk from Bus Services to Cromer and Norwich. Roughton Road train station is approximately three miles from The Studio which serves Sheringham, Cromer and Norwich.
