Links Country Park Hotel, hotel in Cromer

Set in 35 acres of wooded parkland, Links Country Park Hotel features an impressive golf course, an innovative restaurant and leisure centre, 3 miles from Cromer beach.

We had two rooms. The suite, which we used as a family room, was nice, with a separate single bedroom, a well-kept main bedroom, and a decent bathroom. The second double room was not as nice. We did not use the pool, but there is one, and it looked sizeable.

3 bed terrace in central Cromer, close to beach, a property with a garden, is located in Cromer, 800 metres from Cromer Pier, 25 km from Blakeney Point, as well as 29 km from BeWILDerwood.

Location was great for us. Lots of space in the house for 3 teens to spread out. The property was very clean and the bed and furnishings very comfortable. Definitely would stay again. If you can manage the ebb and flow of parking through the day you can also get parked outside the property. Excellent access to a big Morrissons over the road.

The town centre had all the usual cafes and shops. For me the highlight was the walking. Very attractive greenery and a good challenging walk up to the lighthouse through the woods. The church is also well worth a visit. If you are a foodie then I highly reccomend Gibsons. Excellent imaginative well cooked food with good friendly service.

Cromer was an ideal place to visit with a disabled son.

Cromer was an ideal place to visit with a disabled son. We were able to walk around the whole of the centre easily, and even walk to and from the Amazon Zoo, which Oliver really enjoyed. I am sure there were lots of things we missed in Cromer because we were using it more as a place we could use as a starting point for going to other places rather than spend the whole of the holiday in Cromer itself.

I think that Cromer is a good base as it has better...

I think that Cromer is a good base as it has better facilities than other towns/villages nearby but I also feel it is a bit crowded and tired. There are lots of beautiful places to visit nearby however and top of our list would be Well Next the Sea/Holkham beach, Holt and Norwich. If you visit Norwich don't miss the Cathedral Quarter as it is so peaceful and beautiful plus free to enter and look around. Holkham beach at Wells is absolutely stunning and incredibly clean. Consider hiring a beach hut as they are fabulous and at £65 for a full day (9:30 - whenever you want to leave) are good value if you want to stay on the beach with a picnic all day. Holt is a beautiful Georgian town with lots of independent shops where you can easily pass 3-4 hours. We frequently drove along the coast road (A149) and simply stopped off at villages along the way - there are far too many to mention but standouts would be Blakeny and Cley. Overall I would say this area is lovely and especially if you like walking but you need good weather.

Brilliant location on the front at Cromer. The staff are exceptionally nice and helpful. The food was excellent. This is an accordion Hotel with lots of beautiful stained glass. The receptionist was so helpful she got me booked into a local venue which had a swimming pool which really added to the overall enjoyment of my trip. Centrally placed literally loads of things to see and do. Lovely sunny sitting area where my mum really enjoyed sitting and reading the paper. We all really loved it and will be booking a further stay

The cottage is beautifully presented and well furnished with quality furnishings. Location wise, a nice stroll along the beach to Cromer and well located for exploring the North Norfolk coast. The weekly car park ticket was very useful as we used it in many other car parks.
