Ayston is a tiny traditional village, unspoilt to the point of not having street lights or pavements! The grass verges are fine to walk on to explore the villages working red telephone box and beautiful church accessed on foot via the village green. The Tack Room sits in wonderful old parkland surrounded by ancient Oaks, Beech and other native trees, cattle graze the traditional pastures spring to autumn and are a wonderful addition to the far reaching views of the Rutland countryside. The Tack Room is on the very edge of the village just off an unclassified road.
