The living areas in the property consist of [an open-plan living area with a] kitchen with an electric oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, a living/dining room with seating for four people and a TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with an en-suite with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC and a king-size zip-link (can be set up as a twin on request) along with a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside is a raised patio with furniture and off-road allocated parking for 1 car. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: This property is on a main road, please bear this in mind when booking. Note: There is an open staircase and a lot of steep steps in this property making it unsuitable for those with mobility issues. Property is not suitable for small children due to the stone stairs. On the heavily forested banks of the River Tamar, the charming rural community of Gunnislake is located. Village bars and a number of shops are available. The village is notable for being at one end of the picturesque Tamar Valley Railway, which offers frequent services along the river's edge to Plymouth.
