My husband and I live in Ventnor on the Isle of Wight and have three grown up children. We have a fabulous Portuguese Water dog and love walking with him along the coast. We cook, we eat, we love nice wine and nice people. We are usually available at short notice to help with any issues that might arise during your stay.

This stylishly refurbished (2023) Victorian apartment is above what used to be the Charabanc Office from which tourists were transported up the hill to Ventnor Railway Station. Top Deck is on the corner of Pier Street and Hambrough Road overlooking the esplanade, the marina, the art deco Winter Gardens and the band stand. The shortest of walks take you to the beach or into town. This means you are within minutes of a surprising range of restaurants, cafes, bars, the best ice cream shop in the country, and much more. In Ventnor you can also buy your own food and feast not only on Isle of Wight vegetables but the renowned fishery in the marina sells its daily catch of fresh fish, seafood and amazing fish and chips. Boat trips are also available from here. The photographs should mean you don’t need to know much more about the flat itself other than that it is impeccably cared for by Mel and Daniel, and they have only just restored and refurbished it to the highest standard. They want you to escape to it and enjoy the wonderful town in which they too have chosen to live!
