There is a kitchen/diner with a rangemaster electric cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for ten, a utility with a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove and a snug with a TV. There is also a conservatory and an external games room. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double, a ground-floor twin and two singles, along with two shower rooms. Outside, there is an enclosed front and rear garden with furniture and off-road parking for four cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, no pets as this is on a working farm. Please note, smoking is not permitted. Within 1.7 miles there is a shop and within 1.4 miles, a pub. Ty Coch makes a charming countryside retreat. Note: Please note the stream that runs along the side of the garden is fenced off.
