GROUND FLOOR The property is spacious and well-finished with a tasteful living area on the ground floor and an open-plan kitchen at the rear. LIVING AREA The living room has a modern fireplace, comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV. The bold artwork on the walls adds a splash of colour to the room and finishes it off perfectly. OPEN-PLAN KITCHEN and DINING AREA leading to GARDEN The kitchen is a very light space with a dining table and seating area. GARDEN The small private garden is accessed straight via the bi-fold doors from the open-plan kitchen and dining area. FIRST FLOOR On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a family bathroom, and a further WC. MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom has a double bed, dressing table and fitted wardrobes. BEDROOM TWO The second room is a children’s room with a bunk bed (2 single beds) FAMILY BATHROOM The spacious family bathroom offers a bath and a walk-in shower, as well as a sink and WC. ADDITIONAL WC There is also a handy WC in addition to the full bathroom. UPPER FLOORS with Roof Terrace ROOF TERRACE Climb the stairs to reach the sunny roof terrace. BEDROOM THREE Another floor up you will find where there is a third bedroom with a single bed, with a further single mattress that can be pulled out underneath. SHOWER ROOM The shower room has a walk-in shower and wash basin. BEDROOM FOUR – LOFT ROOM The loft room is reached by a steep staircase (not for the elderly!) and is furnished with a double bed and a study desk. Home Truths: No Pets, Parties or Smoking!
