KITCHEN Located on the left hand side as you enter the flat, the kitchen features all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay such as fridge, freezer, gas hob, oven and dishwasher. The washing machine is also located in the kitchen. The dining table is placed in the middle of the room, sitting 4 people and can extend to sit 6-8 people. LIVING ROOM Adjoining the kitchen is the spacious living room featuring 2 large sofas and a coffee table next to the feature fireplace, facing the TV. The room is nicely decorated with pieces of furniture and artwork. There is a desk by the window looking over the street and two bookshelves right next to it. One of the sofas can extend to become a double sofa bed. BEDROOM SUITE Comfortable and spacious, the bedroom offers a king sized bed with bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom features a single wash basin, a bath and a separate walk-in shower. WC There is a separate WC with a single wash basin in the corridor. Home Truths: No smoking, pets or parties! That charming fireplace in the living room is decorative and not useable. The bathroom includes a bath and separate walk-in shower (not pictured).

Skirting magnificent Hyde Park, Baywater is a leafy but central neighbourhood which will suit those who like to be close to the action but away from the buzz of busy London life. The architecture in this area is wonderful, with Georgian stucco terraces lining the streets. Baywater is also home to the iconic Whiteleys, Britain’s first department store, which is currently undergoing regeneration.
