An unique riverside boathouse on the River Dart, with panoramic views across the river, towards Dittisham and Agatha Christie's former holiday property at Greenway House.
Our grandfather, Claude Scott, built Vipers Quay in the 1960s and it has been owned, loved and managed by the family, ever since. We spend much of our summer at Vipers Quay, swimming, sailing, kayaking and enjoying time on the Dart. We welcome guests with a similar desire to enjoy Devon, at its best.
Vipers Quay is on the River Dart, 450m downstream from the attractive village of Dittisham, and some 3.71 km (2.31 mi) upstream from the historic town of Dartmouth, in the heart of the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural beauty. SAILING & BOAT, KAYAK AND SUP HIRE Boats, both sailing boats and motor boats, can be hired locally with Dittisham Boats and in Dartmouth . For Kayak hire try Canoe Adventures in Tuckenhay. Stand-up paddle (SUP) boards can also be hired at the Paddleshack in Dartmouth. There are two sailing Club in Dittisham: Marshall’s Sailing School & Boat Hire – Dittisham Sailing Club
