  • When is the best time to visit your property for the perfect beach holiday?

    Hello, We are open all year round. Every Season has something to offer with the ever changing scenery. The Summer months are generally hot but can be busy in school holidays so I would recommend slightly out of Season May/ Jun and Sep/ Oct as it is less busy and with our micro climate often lovely and Sunny when the weather man says it will rain.

    Hi, I am sorry but the Roost is already booked for the 10th July. If it is for 2 people we have the Crow's Nest at the moment, although the system is live and I am getting a lot of Summer bookings now.

  • looking to book 1 apart for 4 people, I was just wondering if there’s a lot of steps to get to it our it’s just straight of the front ground floor.

    Hi, The Roost apartment, which is for 2, 3 or 4 people (supplements apply) There are only a couple of steps at the entrance in the car park at the rear of the property on ground level up steep driveway.

    HI Jill, The Crows Nest is an apartment with sea views, not a cottage. It does not have it's own private patio. There is a quiet shared guest patio at the rear of the property with bbq, sun brolly and table and seating. front patio is owners home.

    Hi, We do not discount for children the prices are base on two people sharing one bedroom and then there is a supplement for the 3rd and 4th person sharing the other twin room. Same for sole use. We don't charge for infants bringing their own cots.

    the price for two people in one room is £130.00 per night but the supplements apply for a 3rd and 4th person for the second room in the Roost.

Water's Edge Holiday Apartments are in an unrivalled position right on the Promenade. There is no Holiday apartment closer to Benllech Beach we are literally just 20 meters across the road. It is a beautiful Victorian property with the most incredible views across the Bay towards The Great Orme, Puffin Island, Llandonna and the Snowdonia Mountain range. The Roost Apartment is for 2, 3 or 4 people supplements apply for occupancy of the extra bedroom. The basic price is for 2 people sharing one room (either the twin or double bedroom) if 2 people wish to have both bedrooms then the supplements apply. There is a fully equipped kitchen in both apartments (no Dishwasher) There is a breakfast bar with seating for 4 people. The Guest entrance is at the rear of the property where the car parking is. There is a Sunny terrace if guests want to enjoy the afternoon Sun away from the bustle of the seafront. They are welcome to use the bbq, patio Umbrella and seating provided, there is also an ashtray for smokers, as the apartments are strictly non-smoking. The terrace at the front of the house is part of the Owners Private apartment and unfortunately not for guests use.

My name is Julie Mellor and I am the owner of Water's Edge Holiday Apartments, I moved here from Cheshire May 2017. Born in Torquay then lived mostly in North Somerset in the West Country, I just knew going back to live by the seaside was a must for me and finding Benllech was the little Gem I had been looking for. After having an excellent Season in 2017 we decided to re-renovate and have two apartments, furnished to our usual high standard, one is for couples "The Crow's Nest" and "The Roost" for families 2-4 people, both are beachfront retreats with spectacular sea views. We are situated right next to the coastal path and walking distance to the shops and numerous pubs and restaurants.

The magnificent beach is right there in front of us, with so much to see here with the ever-changing scenery and bird/wild life. We even have resident Seal named 'Ronseal' we frequenlty catch sight of him fishing near the sea wall. We are very proud of our Blue Flag Beach which is ever changing and with the soft shelving sand is absolutely wonderful for families and popular with dog walkers. The main shops are at the top of Beach Road, which is a 10 minute walk up a steep hill, there are benches on the way up to rest and view the beach below. At the Top of the hill is Tesco Express and further along Co-op and Spar so plenty of places to obtain provisions.
