The living areas consist of a kitchen housing an electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a living/dining room with Smart TV. There are two double bedrooms serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is off-road parking and a garden with patio furniture. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent and please note, this is a pet and smoke free property. Within 0.4 miles there is a shop and pub. Surrounded by a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the village of Okeford Fitzpaine boasts a local shop and pub, with further shopping facilities at nearby Sturminster Newton. The small market town of Sturminster Newton is set on the banks of the River Stour, reached via a graceful, six arch 15th century bridge, carrying a warning of deportation for those who damage it! The whole area acted as inspiration for the works of Thomas Hardy, who wrote Return of The Native whilst living in the town. The region is dotted with thatched cottages, rural walks, stunning country views, and fascinating towns, such as Sherborne, with its abbey and castle, whilst the beautiful Dorset Heritage coastline is also within easy reach, making this an ideal base all year round!
