Welcome to Willowbeck Lodge, in the village of Wigglesworth with the Yorkshire Dales on one side and the Forest of Bowland on the other! Our two bedroomed Larch wood lodge has full self catering facilities, an amazing private decking area with long distance views, all whilst looking down onto our beck that’s burbles by. Willowbeck Lodge is south facing with a front garden area and raised patio decking area with a table and chairs to enjoy sunny mornings surrounded by mature trees and an abundance of birds singing. You have private parking for two cars. Wifi is free and certainly fast enough for Netflix and Prime etc on a 43” Freesat Smart TV. Willowbeck Lodge sits perfectly between the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Forest of Bowland, which is An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). There are miles and miles of public footpaths statrting just 200m from the Lodge. These include the Pennine Way, the Ribble Way and the Settle Loop to name just a few. All the Yorkshire Dales famous places are just a short drive away such as Malham Tarn, Malham Cove, the Ribblehead Viaduct, Ingleton Falls, Janets Foss..., Don’t forget The Three Peaks. On the Forest of Bowland side, the Forest Hub leads to miles of cycle and footpaths. Stocks reservoir is simply amazing. We also have just 150m away from Willowbeck Lodge, the incredible Plough Inn which serves simply amazing food and drink. Their Sunday dinners are fast becoming legendary, as are their steaks and of course, they also have some stunning vegeatarian options! The nearest Market Town is Settle just over 4 miles away which has everything you could need for provisions from the local Booths and Co-Op supermarkets, to numerous pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The larger towns of Skipton and Clitheroe (both with Castles!) are just 20 mins away.
