The History of Quay Holidays What started out in 2006 as just five properties has mushroomed into a portfolio comprising over 75 homes, ranging from cosy 1-bed apartments to spacious 5-bed houses. From our Poole Old Town base, we provide a comprehensive full-management service, taking the stress out of holiday letting for second homeowners and ensuring holiday guests enjoy a consistently high-quality service. All our properties offer a home-from-home experience, evidenced by the many satisfied guests who return year after year. Your Quay to relaxation Quay’s offices are open 6 days a week for guest arrivals and we can make arrangements for Sunday and out-of-hours arrivals, too. Our live website allows guests to book short breaks and longer holidays 24 hours-a-day. For guests who would rather speak to us in person, our ‘phone lines are open from 9.30am to 6pm daily. Quay’s directly-employed Service Team ensures standards remain consistently high. All properties are provisioned with linen and towels, including beach towels, ready for your use. A complimentary welcome pack of tea, coffee and hot chocolate together with local biscuits, crisps and nuts is provided and in the fridge you will find a nicely chilled bottle of white wine awaiting your arrival!

The famous chain ferry across the mouth of Poole Harbour links Sandbanks to the beautiful Purbecks with dune-backed beaches, and huge areas of National Trust-owned countryside. The delights of Swanage and its restored steam railway are a short distance beyond, as are the dramatic cliffs of the Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Restaurants in both Sandbanks and Canford Cliffs, including Rick Stein and Loch Fyne offer top-class cuisine, whilst for more frenetic nightlife, Bournemouth and Poole town centres are both a short drive away.
