Wood View Barn is set in countryside on the outskirts of the ancient village of Iron Acton. Sleeping 20 across 6 bedrooms, it offers the ultimate party house for hens, stags, birthday parties, family celebrations & friend cations. There is so much to entertain all ages - from the 6-seater hot tub & large cinema room to the sports bar with pool table and climbing wall in one of the bedrooms. Set in 1.5 acres of private grounds with its own field in idyllic S Gloucestershire countryside, it is approached via a private driveway, with electric gates & ample private parking. Our fabulous barn conversion offers a generous open plan living spaces with bifold doors to the garden, comprising a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining table & lounge area with comfy sofas & Sky TV. The adjacent dining room seats 20 & has further lounge area with cosy sofas with Sky TV and a pool table. If you want to switch off and take a rest from cooking, the highly rated chefs at Dineindulge can prepare a celebratory meal in your kitchen (clearing away included!) Alternatively, there are 2 great pubs nearby offering meals at excellent value. Wood View Barn sleeps 20 across four ground floor bedrooms and two first floor bedrooms. There are five shower rooms, and a roll top bath in the Master suite. Outside, the barn has outdoor seating, a gas bbq & hot tub. There is a separate building housing an under cover sports bar with pool table, TV & an adjacent ‘chill out’ area with garden views - both being suitable for use during the warmer, drier months (unheated). Note there is an additional pool table in the house. Wood View Barn is approached via a private driveway, with electric gates and there is ample private parking. One well behaved dog GBP50 per stay. Minimum age to rent is 25. Prices based on sleeping 20, with an additional fee for up to 4 further guests @ GBP80pppn. A GBP1500 security deposit is required and released within a week should there be no claims against it.

Iron Acton is a beautiful village between Bristol and the Cotswolds, right on the Frome Valley Walkway for beautiful walks in the Cotswolds. Time your visit right and you could enjoy the annual May Day celebrations on Iron Acton Green or even a night at the proms in Iron Acton Meadows. The historic Acton Court, built to impress Henry VIII, is close-by and open to visitors for tours and special events. The barn is close to three market towns - Chipping Sodbury, Thornbury and Wotton-Under-Edge, offering a host of cafes, country pubs and supermarkets. Wood View Barn is perfectly positioned for Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham, Tetbury, Cirencester, Castle Combe, well known for its car racing track, and the world famous Badminton and Gatcombe Horse Trials. Dyrham Park ancient parkland and mansion, the quaint National Trust village of Lacock, used in the filming of the BBC serial Cranford, Malmesbury, with its 12th century Benedictine Abbey, The Cotswold Water Park, Westonbirt Arboretum and the Forest of Dean all make a lovely day out. Wood View Barn benefits from easy access, being within convenient reach of both the M4 and M5 motorways.
