On top of this, the hillside town is set at the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. The Blorenge mountain is a popular hiking and cycling spot nearby and is home to The Keepers Pond where many enjoy a cold-water dip and take in the stunning view. For a more relaxing stroll and even a picnic you can visit the nearby Garn Lakes. The Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal is also a great way to explore some more of South Wales beautiful countryside and towns.
