Old batumi apartment on kostava 9 is old style two-rooms apartment - 54 square metres . The house has one bedroom, one living room, separate kitchen and bathroom. Each room: bedroom, living room and kitchen has a window. The bedroom has a double bed, The living room has 2 sofas, (one sofa bed), TV fiber optical internet air conditioning gas heater, coffee table, floor lamp, telephone. The guest room has an individual exit to the street. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, The house is different in that it has an individual entrance from the street. It is a house with high ceilings, which creates space, which is very popular with tourists. As for the heater: The house has: Gas heater (only in the living room, but when you open the door to the bedroom, it warms the bedroom as well), + Air conditioning (only in the living room). The kitchen has an electric fan heater The bathroom has an electric heater . there are all conditions for this. I think there are all conditions here to make you feel good and comfortable.
