I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who were friendly and professional. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and my room was ready without any delays. The cleanliness of the hotel really stood out – the room was spotless, the bathroom was shining, and everything was well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were in perfect working order. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful throughout my stay. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they were quick to respond and genuinely eager to help, which made me feel very well taken care of. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing – perfect for resting after a long day. The location was also convenient, with restaurants, shops, and public transport nearby. All in all, I’m very satisfied with my experience and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future. If you’re looking for cleanliness, comfort, and great hospitality, I highly recommend this place.

The hotel is impeccably clean and elegant, with amazing service and a superb location. The cozy style creates a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The spa and Hamam are must-tries.

We stayed for 3 nights in May 2025 and had booked the Suite. 1 of our stay days coincided with my wife's birthday and let me say this without a doubt, it was the most memorable birthday of her life, all thanks to the owner Rezo and Saba. They called us in the morning what time we will have breakfast and as soon as we arrived at the terrace for breakfast, she was greeted with cake, flowers, sparkling wine with Happy Birthday song being played in the background. Honestly, she has never experienced this kind of warmth and love in any of the Hotels I have stayed across the globe. The Suite was so spacious and spotlessly clean. The Housekeeping staff were very enthusiastic to clean and arrange the room. Saba at the front desk is very warm and helped us park our car comfortably for 3 days near the Hotel despite it being Central location. The location of the Hotel is so prime that everything is at waking distance. And lastly the breakfast is scrumptious. They have a wide selection and despite me & my son being vegetarians, we were able to eat a wide variety of things. Also, this is probably the first Hotel I have ever come across where they serve Wine/whiskey/Chacha/Champagne in breakfast and Rezo is eager to pour more than generous amounts of wine for you. Hotel Old Town Batumi is not just a Hotel, it’s a feeling and an emotion ❤️ We are definitely coming back to it soon to re experience their hospitality 🙌

If art & history intrigues you then it's the perfect place for you. We loved the vintage vibe of the house. Very friendly and warm hosts.The rooms are spacious and clean. Great restaurants around! Overall we had a great stay here!

This is a small and convenient hotel in the center of the city. The location is excellent, it’s right in the centre, close to the sights, still at a quiet place. There are shops, pharmacies and exchange offices around. There are many restaurants 5 minutes walk at the main road along sea. We booked two rooms, both were very clean and well furnished also for longer stays. The bathroom was clean and nicely decorated. There’s a WiFi and it worked well and reliability. Breakfast was included. We enjoyed our stay here and would be happy to come back.

It is located in Old Batumi, 5 min. walk from the sea. Everything you need is around - shops, restaurants, sea, sightseeing and much more. The host and staff are very courteous, available 24 hours. The bed is very comfortable and the entire hotel is very clean. I ❤️ it, definitely will come again.

Great centrally located apartment! The location is very central and super close to everything. There’s a bedroom with air conditioning and a large bed. The living room has a sofa bed that, in my opinion, is suitable for two children up to age 9 or one older child. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There’s no air conditioner in the living room, but when you leave the bedroom door open, the whole apartment feels cool. There’s a washing machine. A cleaner comes whenever you request. The hosts are always responsive and available. There’s a huge balcony, in my opinion. The entrance to the apartment is between two buildings/restaurants — a bit unorganized and slightly strange, but once inside, the light turns on automatically. There’s a code and an elevator — it’s not scary at all. Hot water is available all the time. The hosts are wonderful, helped us a lot, and supported us when the war broke out in our country.

An excellent, spacious room with a comfortable bed and a great view from the window. The location is perfect. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is very good. I really enjoyed my stay!

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It's very close to all the attractions in Batumi, practically in the center. The staff are friendly and helpful. The terrace restaurant has a beautiful sea view. The price is also much more reasonable than the hotels nearby.
