Set in two acre of unspoilt natural surroundings, the tent is able to sleep 8 but has been set up to be as comfortable as possible. With a large double and single extra thick inflatable mattresses, all season mattresses and matching pillows, padded floor tiles, hand woven rug, its own table and large barbecue fire pit, this experience won't be the same as we all remember as a child! We also have other sizes available, which will comfortably sleep 1-2 people, so please ask about availability. A Georgian and English couple who like to escape from the city and head back to nature, Georgian, Russian, Armenian and English are spoken fluently, as well as some degree of French, Turkish and Polish. The village is beautiful - with not even 50 inhabitants - but the local town is barely 20 minutes away by road and the city of Tbilisi is under 2 hours, so please feel free to explore, spend a couple of days in the capital before escaping the tourists and heading back to nature. As our own property adjoins the plot where you will be staying, if you don't want to cook for yourself then you are more than welcome to join us for meals and all of which will be homemade - very little tastes as good as trout caught in the river and smoked or barbecued the same day!

We have no immediate neighbours, although friends have a smallholding nearby. The main part of the village is on the opposite side of the river, which is accessible on foot and by car. If you would like to sample the local produce, we can organise fresh milk, eggs, butter and cheese, fruit, vegetables, honey and of course homemade chacha! The area lends itself to all types of activities, whether you would like to swim in the nearby river, go for walks and hikes in the forests or simply listen to the sounds of nature and watch the eagles flying overhead. When night falls, you will more than likely hear the wolves in the woods. Bears can be found there also (although very rarely seen) and you might catch sight of a lynx if you are very lucky and extremely quiet!
