There are two different sunny and quiet room types in the property, all of them on the 4th floor of the building: the Apartments with a Terrace and the Standard Apartments. Since January 2023, Owl's Nest is managed again by the Owner and her team, leaving back some negative impressions caused by the wrong actions of the old handler. Owl's Nest apartments are located in the heart of Athens' historical center, less than 3 minutes walk from Psyrri and Monastiraki squares. The moment you arrive, we will welcome you, providing all the possible service and information you may need, and the moment you leave, you will keep the memories of the unique urban location and the friendly yet efficient service. We believe that our guests want true hospitality and the comforting feeling of being home. For your safety, the common areas are monitored by closed-circuit CCTV (Law: 2472/1997) With our personalized service, imbued with the Greek traditional value of Hospitality, we’ll make sure that your stay runs smoothly, whether you’re traveling alone, as a couple, or as a family.

The neighborhood of Psyrri is right in the center of Athens. It is next to Monastiraki metro, about a 15-minute walk from Plaka and the Acropolis, and a 5-minute walk from the Ancient Agora.
