Property information

Caretta is our spacious sunset independent beach house with amazing view over the Ionian sea. This property is situated on the water front, just 10 steps from your garden with direct access to the sea. It has one double bedroom ,a living room with a comfortable double couch convertible in a big double bed ,a dining room a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. As you enter the house, you ll be amazed by the beautiful sea view. The best sunset point to enjoy many dreamy colorful sunsets. The house offers lounge beds, an outdoor dining room in the beach front veranda ,a hammock and a big stone table in the garden, just above the sandy beach. Waters are shallow and safe for the children and the sand is warm, smooth and extra fine. Just 100 m next to Caretta, "Fishbones" beach club can serve excellent dishes of fish or meat during the day and tasteful cocktails to drink under the moonlight, accompanied by chill out music.

Our area: just 1km walking distance through Megas Lakos beach, you can reach Xi beach where you will meet mini markets, beach bars, restaurants, water sports, night life, car or bike rental etc. We are only 4km away from Lixouri town where Kritikos super market is, and 6 km from the harbor.The airport is 8km away from Argostoli town, from where you can take the ferry boat to Lixouri (20' on board). Apartments handling is taken care by concierge, so you can ask for any service you desire to be offered, in-house or out of it.
