The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The hidden kitchen area was clever. The shower room was excellent. The little balcony was a treat.

The hosts were very friendly. We got the unit right on the beach and thoroughly enjoyed walking along the beach. The kitchen was well outfitted. Sami was a great location to use for our exploration of Kefalonia.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is a nice swimming pool with a restaurant and the location is in nature. The accommodation was clean and modern, and the number of rooms meant that it was quiet and peaceful. Not too far from Sami, we used taxis to get around, a car can be nice if you want to explore more of the island yourself. We had a great and restful stay.

Immaculate property and facilities, everything is new. Very spacious apartment with modern appliances - fridge, toaster, coffee machine, sandwich toaster, TV, AC in both living area and bedroom. Lots of wardrobe space with ironing board, iron and hair dryer. Use of washing machine in hallway. Our apartment (ground floor LHS) had a rear aspect which faced the hills behind the property. The patio area was very spacious with a table, four chairs and a parasol. Lovely for having breakfast outside. It was cleaned every three days with fresh towels and bed linen. Even the sponges and dish towels were replaced. The apartment is nestled in a very quiet neighbourhood which is perfect if you wish to totally relax. Within the locality there are a few restaurants, one of which is open for breakfast - only minutes away from the apartment. Further afield Sami and Agia Efimia have numerous shops, bars and restaurants. I really can't say enough good things about these apartments. The standard is very high and the best I have stayed in Greece. If you have any queries the response time from the owner is very quick - excellent customer service. If you are thinking of staying here please do, you won't regret your decision.

We loved this property / it was close to the beach and all the local bars and restaurants were an easy 10/15m walk away. It was well lit to walk home late at night. The house was a good size and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and we received a lovely welcome pack when we arrived which lasted us to the next day. The patio/pool is very private and quiet and so very relaxing. Andreas lives on the site and was available if needed - he keeps the house and site wonderfully clean and tidy. We would highly recommend this place and would stay again if we return to Kefalonia. There is parking for a car - I would recommend hiring a car , But if you like walking it’s not a necessity. A real 10/10 property
