KASO Homes was established in 2022 by two Greek Australians. We focus on providing modern functional apartments that can host large groups. We are supported by a team of local professionals with decades of experience in the tourism industry. We are dedicated to making your stay as comfortable as possible, while respecting your privacy and independence.

KASO Fotomara is a restored 1960s building in Neos Kosmos consisting of two spacious whole floor apartments containing three bedrooms each, with an open kitchen and living areas. The property was renovated in 2022 in a minimalist manner while focussing on functionality. It is ideal for families with children or larger groups of all ages who prefer the privacy and flexibility of an apartment. We offer the possibility to host up to 16 guests across both apartments. The bedrooms are spacious with tall ceilings, large comfortable beds and plenty of space to store your belongings. All the bedrooms have air conditioning units to keep you cool during the summer. The Deluxe Apartment offers access to a private internal courtyard while the Superior Apartment benefits from a large balcony facing the street. The kitchens are fully equipped to cook up a storm, and both apartments have washing machines, iron and hair dryers.

Neos Kosmos is a residential neighbourhood close to the centre of Athens. Fotomara is just 2 tram stops from Syntagma Square, and a few minutes walk from Syggrou Fix Metro Station, connecting you to the rest of the city. The tram also offers access to the seaside, and the Athens Riviera. On the other side of Syggrou you will find Koukaki which is full of bars, cafes and restaurants for all tastes and budgets. You are just a short walk from the Museum of Modern Art, and the world-famous Acropolis. It will be our pleasure to advise you on what to eat, and where to visit during your stay.
