Fully furnished studio that can host 4 people plus a baby, with all the electric devices! Modern and bright place with big yard and barbeque, playground, outdoor table with chairs and parking space. It is close to Agios Ioannis central square, where many events take place and near to the big waterpark AQUALAND. Also, close to famous beaches as Glyfada, Mirtiotissa, Agios Gordios, Kontogualos, and only 15' from the Corfiot city center, the airport and the port!
Alexandra or Mary, the co-hostess, we will personally welcome our guests, we will present them the house and help our visitors whenever they might need us, but only after they ask for it, giving them their own space. We can propose selected places to eat, drink and visit around the area or the island.
The village of Agios Ioannis has slumbered for centuries under the olive trees. It is now a centre for quiet family holidays. It is a nice neighborhood with friendly people, without busy roads in the location of the house. There are many beautiful routes for cycling or hiking and it is really close (3 klm) to Silvaland, an horse riding club. The house is near the central square of the village, where there is a small Greek tavern and several events take place during the summer. Every 23-24 June is organized a great traditional feast. The house is 10 minutes by foot to Aqualand Water Park, a large water park with pools, slides and rides for all ages; 10 minutes by car to Corfu Golf Club. The house is in the central of the island, and it is connected with many different areas, so it is close to many sights while local amenities include traditional tavernas and restaurants, mini-market, bakery, pharmacy, filling station. There are many beaches near by as Glyfada,Ermones, Mirtiotissa (nude beach), Agios Gordis and Kontogualos, all of them approximately 8 to 10 klm. The city center is only 15’-20’ (8 klm) and the airport is about 10’, as is the port.
