Ideal for couples, solo travelers, students and working individuals. The 26 sq. m studio has been renovated in order to create a simple, restful and practical environment for our guests. The main space offers a comfortable double bed with plugs next to it, a dining table which can be used as a desk for those who are on business or work remotely and a glass covered closet to store your belongings. The kitchen has a fridge, two stove tops and all necessary plates, pans, glasses and cutlery to prepare your meals. The bathroom, in black and white, offers a shower and all basic soaps. Last but not least, you have access to a charming balcony overlooking Kifisias Avenue.

Ampelokipi is a vivid and lively central district, with plenty of choices regarding shopping, eating and drinking while keeping it's residential part intact.
