While this adorable home is the perfect gateway for you and your family, its location makes it easy for you to get around. You are only: (by car) 3min from St.George Castle. (Visible from the house as well!) 7min from Agios Thomas Beach 10min from Pessada beach 10min from Argostoli (city centre) 10min from the airport The place is a separate full-autonomous house in a larger compound (separated by a wall). There is no way to access the rest of the house (from the inside) so there is full privacy - 2 completely separate homes. The garden is also separated by a small fence and has its own outdoor table and umbrella so you can stay and enjoy the sunset. So again there is full privacy here (see pictures for an illustration of the above). The house has its own kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom as well as its own outdoor access. Equipped with each own washing machine, kettle, coffee espresso machine,soaps,shampoos, and all the essentials for your stay. (Please note that they are not re-filled during your stays so it's then up to you to buy whatever you want. There are 1 double bedroom + 2 sofa beds with the option to have one more single bed (please inform us in advance of that). Making it comfortable for 4 people to stay. Self-check-in is supported but won't be in a lockbox but in a place we reveal after the reservation. Guests have full private access to everything mentioned above PLUS parking. To be clear once again the only things shared are the outside entrance of the house and the garden which again is separated by a fence for full privacy. Half of the compound is where I and my family live. I am working the majority of the day remotely so I am available for anything you might want - my mother is also working until 4-5 pm and available in the evenings.

Quiet and safe neighborhood/village but fully equipped with everything you might need. First and foremost the St.George's castle(which you can view from the house)! Beautiful to go for a walk and enjoy the scenery with places to eat and drink. Next to the house, there is a bakery where you can have your breakfast & coffee. There is also a pharmacy 2' on foot from the house. The village has also a mini-market where you can buy all the essentials you might need. Other places include a doctor, a gas station, and a tavern. Having a car will be ideal as public transport on the island is not that regular. So going from and to the airport as well as to the capital and most beaches will require you to have a car. You can easily park in the house.
