Our apartment is located on the 1st floor and it is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business people and friends (3 people maximum). There is the bicycle path (a bicycle rental shop 50 meters away), and the pedestrian path located at the entrance of the apartment building. Which leads to 5 minutes from the Train station, 10 minutes from the Metro station. The apartment is 55 square meters and consists of living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Entering inside, you will find a wardrobe for your clothes. A Comfortable Kitchen with everything you need: electric kitchen, microwave oven, filter coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the rest, plates, glasses, etc. There are also tea, sugar and a bottle of water for you. Comfortable living room, with a work area and a special work chair. Double sofa, which can become a bed for 1 people, 2 chairs and TV. Independent bedroom, next to the bathroom, with all the necessary sheets, blankets, towels, etc., and an ironing board. All spaces have plenty of light. Living room and bedrooms have access to the balcony and are equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold). The apartment is located in the center of Athens, in the popular district of Kato Petralona. It will takes you about 10 to 30 minutes on foot to most of the city's monuments - Acropolis, to the Old Market, etc. In the areas of Thissio, Monastiraki, Kerameikos, and for the evening in any entertainment option you activate. There are Supermarkets, Bakeries, Cafes, Restaurants - an Ideal location for your every need.
